Recently the TPL team took a trip into the ultra cool Downtown Los Angeles Arts District. We viewed a handful of properties and the one that really jumped out at us was at Warehouse 1, the most recent phase of the popular Barker Block project at Hewitt & Molino completed in 2014. This condo, at nearly 1300 square feet, definitely had the wow factor.
