Anyone strolling through Hollywood the last six months or so can’t deny the bustle that’s happening in nearly every direction. From every room you have the iconic Capitol Records, Pantages Theatre, Hollywood Hills in your view. This building definitely has a lot going for it as it’s considered to be the most elite property for Hollywood living and the owner is asking just over $900 per square foot & is including the furnishings at $1,550,000.
With these views, services, and their signature Whenever/Whatever service motto, seems to be well worth it. To add, the developer is finishing up the 15th floor penthouses at W Hollywood and about to launch several units for sale somewhere near $2000 per square feet. TPL owner Yvonne Arias was able to recently catch a glimpse of a few of the spaces and they definitely impressed — big time. The finishes are spectacular and worthy of a contemporary Beverly Hills mansion but who was to doubt with design firm SFA behind it (Sue Firestone).
